Uses:

• Prevention of organ rejection in patients who have received kidney, heart, or liver transplants

• Used in combination with other immunosuppressive medicines to maintain graft function

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

• Stomach pain or indigestion

• Headache, dizziness

• Increased risk of infections due to suppressed immunity

Rare: severe allergic reactions, low blood cell counts, liver function changes
