 MODE OF ACTION (MOA)

• Acts on Thick Ascending Limb of Loop of Henle
• Inhibits Na⁺/K⁺/2Cl⁻ transporter
• Promotes sodium & water excretion
• Reduces preload & afterload

Clinical Effects:

• Congestive Heart Failure
