Fosfomycin Trometamol

Uses:

• Treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) in adults caused by susceptible bacteria 
• Effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in the urinary tract 
• Often used as a single-dose therapy for acute cystitis in women 

Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea 
• Stomach discomfort or indigestion 
• Headache, dizziness 
• Mild skin rash or itching 

Rare: severe allergic reactions, low blood pressure, or liver function changes
